The first thing an individual should do in order to have a chance to change something in himself, is to make a sort of alchemical transmutation in himself, to perform a good work in self -development, and to avoid the attitude of accepting or denying blindly the theories and to check the validity of the same in practice.
Indeed, from a point of view of the approach, there shouldn’t be any difference between a “seeker for the Truth” (or call it as you wish) and a scientist: they both should use the same “recipe” that consists in determining a theory, verifying it, and to gain the information from the results. Usually, neither “seekers” or scientists use this approach, and the exceptions for this statement are actually few: they just blindly accept or deny a theory or information in accordance to what they “know” (it would be rather correct to say “they think to know”) and believe.
Probably, both scientists and seeekers will feel offended because of this statement, but it’s true. Perhaps, with a little bit of sincerity and less presumption, they would arrive at the same conclusion, such as this writer, when, at a certain point of his life, while observing himself, realized this “cruel” matter of fact.
