Perhaps, not all people will have the possibility to know and experience their own inner space.
Most are satisfied to ‘live’ from day to day, accepting the fact that their inner field is colored by many kinds of external influences. unconsciously suffering the emotional and even “energetic” consequences generated by the chaos which surround us.
An inner space that can be recognized, understood and cultivated through meditation and presence, is the “space” where our awareness resides, and there’s nothing more “sacred” (if we like to use this term) and intimate for everyone of us. It’s our “personal temple” without walls, without limits and, of course, without opinions and points of view – where silence and peace reign.
A place of re-generation, of rest… of Unity.
To dedicate some time to meditate and cultivate a real, clear and unconditioned presence on a daily basis – at least for some minutes- is the most precious gift we can give to ourselves and others.
To clean this space is like to clean our home: we sweep, clean, mop and open the windows to let go of the foul air.
We shouldn’t forget to “clean our home”, our inner space, even after many years of inner practice. On the contrary, such as wise Men taught throughout the centuries, the cup (the mind) is filled again, drop by drop, with poisons.
