An Integral Approach to Overcome the Harmful Emotions

The emotive field is the sea in which we swim every moment. Even the perception of a colour, a sound, a physical sensation is possible by the emotive. What is ordinary labelled under this name, isonly the surface of amore deepest ocean, a momentary oscillation who manifest herself in the superficial levels of the emotional plane.

Today we can find on the vast “spiritual” and “psychological” market various tecniques, more, less or definitively not efficient. In the Western countries in the last century, there have been produced many methods which aim is to remove the emotional stucks and to achieve a control on the negative emotions.

In any case, we have to remember that human being is a very complex structured being. Namely, a human being is composed by a physical body, an intellect and an emotions, and each of these parts interacts with each other.

Intellect with his dual conception, rigidly fixed by convictions and conditinings, influences constantly emotions. The body, even if not in large measure as intellect, also influences emotions: for example, the disfunction of an physical organ can change radically and totally the emotional state of a person.

Body, mind and emotions are deeply connected, and it’s practically impossible to achieve a permanent balance of one of them without working on all the three fields at the same time. If we want to overcome a fear, a phobia, a sense of insecurity, it’s not enough try to control the emotions. To acieve such aim is neccessary a deep process of conversion of the intellectual and emotional field, with the purpose to transform the deep rooted unconscious habits who drive us to perceive life in term of danger.

Almost all the psychological and development systems created to remove emotional blocks and mental prblems, have a limited effect both in terms of intensity and time, and they leave the real source of these problems untouched. That’s the reason of why, if we want an effective and permanent self transformation intended in terms of self development, e have to opt for an integral approach who must involve in his work body, intellect and emotions at the same time. A work of impartial self observation is a very effective, and for ho writes about this topic, the only effective tool. On this Blog we have shared some examples of how to begin a work on self observation, and all of them give the possibility to approach the problems in an integral way at the same moment when the problem arises.
Even meditation is a good tool, but only if it’s put in a concrete and well structured system for understanding of the Universal Laws who govern our life, without which knowing is impossible to overcome the harmful emotional baggage we bring along every moment of our lives.

Kroz takav razvoj individualna osoba ulazi u nove dimenzije svijesti koje mu omogućuju da vidi stvarnost sakrivenu iza iluzija. To mu omogućuje kreiranje osobnosti neovisne i otporne na vanjske situacije i vanjska uvjetovanja. Posljedice takvog razvoja su oštra inteligencija, izvanredni kreativni kapaciteti, ravnoteža i smirenost u svakoj situaciji i stabilno stanje višeg stanja svijesti koje je poznato u drevnim tradicijama pod nazivom “buđenje”.
